		<description>I love this approach to budgeting, taking the physical envelop and putting money in it.  I have seen many people do it and seen them have success.  It works because there is only so much cash.  If that is gone then there is no getting more.  My wife and I do this with our free spending money.  That way if we want some thing we will need to save for it, but we always have some cash on hand, and when it is gone it is gone.</description>
